A Message from Transport Canada– Office of Boating Safety

The Newfoundland and Labrador Search and Rescue Association has been a dedicated partner in the delivery of the programs of the Office of Boating Safety since 1996.

This past year, the Association, in partnership with the Office of Boating Safety, has seen many accomplishments. These include a strengthening of our reporting relationship and individual team accomplishments.

Over the past year, I’ve also had an opportunity to visit some of the teams, meet some of the members, and see first hand what you accomplish in the communities.

Your contributions to the delivery of safe boating messages and in encouraging the safe use of our waterways are greatly appreciated.
